REBOOT founders, Farrell Calabrese and Mica Crouse, are united by a shared belief that leadership begins within.

After years leading brands, teams, and sustainability initiatives inside complex corporate systems, Farrell and Mica saw a familiar pattern: leaders stepping into their roles driven by purpose, only to have that clarity eroded by organizational complexity, constant pressure, and the pace of modern work. Over time, a quiet disconnect develops that drains energy and, left unaddressed, can lead to burnout.

What began as a simple pre-conference retreat for female impact leaders quickly revealed a deeper need. Leaders are hungry for space to realign who they are with how they lead.

Together, they partner with leaders and mission-driven organizations to cultivate the clarity, intention, and capacity needed to align purpose with action and create meaningful, lasting impact.
